The 5th ESP Europe Conference will take place between 18-22 November 2024 in Wageningen, Netherlands under the theme Ecosystem Services: One Planet, One Health.

This year, the conference will emphasise two key thematic streams: “Ecosystem services and health” and “Ecosystem services and conditions for transformative change.” These themes aim to explore the role of ecosystem services in fostering health and driving essential changes within society.

The SELINA project will be featured with a dedicated booth, shared with the SpongeBoost and REST-COAST projects. The booth will also showcase materials from relevant open science journals, including One Ecosystem, offering attendees insights into the latest research.

During the entire conference, the main concepts and outcomes of the projects will be presented by partners in sessions dedicated to:

• Assessing Ecosystem Conditions;

• Ecosystem Services Science for evidence-based transformative change;

• Ecosystem Services Modeling for nature-based solutions;

• Mapping ecosystem services;

Additionally, the SELINA project will be well-represented by various partners across multiple sessions throughout the entire conference.

SELINA’s presence at the ESP conference will be promoted on social media, encouraging participants to visit the booth and learn more about the project.
