The 35th International Geographical Congress (IGC), themed "Celebrating a World of Difference," will take place from 24-30 August 2024, in Dublin, Ireland. The congress will be organised by the Geographical Society of Ireland (GSI) and the International Geographical Union (IGU) and will provide an opportunity to share the best of global geographic research, share common challenges and opportunities, and connect with experts from across the world. As part of the conference, SELINA members Daniela Ribeiro and Mateja Šmid Hribar from the Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts (ZRC SAZU) have proposed a session titled "Potentials of collective actions to landscape management and governance" under the Commission on Land Use and Land Cover Change. The call for abstract submission for an oral or poster presentation to contribute to this session is open by 12 January 2024.
