EU Green Week 2023

In 2023, the EU Green Week conference will be held on 6 – 7 June. Policymakers, leading environmentalists, and stakeholders from Europe and beyond will come together in Brussels to debate the latest from the world of the EU environmental policies, and in particular the fields of biodiversity, circular economy, and zero pollution. The event will be an opportunity to celebrate the progress already made whilst inspiring individuals, communities and organisations to take further action to protect and restore our environment for present and future generations.

During the week, schools, universities, business associations, environmental organisations, civil society, and government agencies will organise partner events across Europe and globally. The aim is to provide opportunities to raise awareness and educate people about the importance of protecting the environment and promoting sustainable living practices. The events will include a variety of activities such as educational workshops, seminars, and eco-friendly projects highlighting the importance of “green” skills that will empower people to join and contribute to the green transition. This year’s topic of the partner events is skills for sustainable, resilient and socially fair communities.

The partner events have to be registered via EventWorks by March 15, 2023.  Find more here.
